Make the Difference Denver 2025
Wednesday May 7th 2025: Arrival Day
Arrive at the Grand Hyatt by late afternoon:
| 4.00 pm | Arrive into Denver: If you arrive earlier than 4 pm, your luggage can be stored by the Concierge. |
| On arrival you will be shown to the Make the Difference Lounge, Sopris Lobby, where you will be able to check-in. | |
| The MTD Lounge will serve refreshments from lunchtime on Wednesday, throughout the day on Thursday & a light breakfast served on Friday. Please feel free to take bottles of water & snacks back to your room. |

| After check-in, please take time to relax. | |
| 6:30–9:30 pm | Please head for a relaxed Networking Dinner. Location: Capital Peak Boardroom. |

| Thursday May 8th 2025: Project Presentation Day | |

| 6-7.30 am | Breakfast will be served in the Aspen Ballroom. |
| Refreshments will be served in the Make the Difference Lounge throughout the day. Please feel free to take bottles of water & snacks back to your room. |

| The exact presentation time slots will be confirmed to you once we have received all acceptance & travel times, etc. | |
| 7.30 am | Move to MTD lounge: Finalists for the morning session should congregate in the Make the Difference Lounge. Your guests are also very welcome to accompany you and stay in the lounge whilst you present your projects. |
| 8.00 am | Morning Presentations begin – Your exact room will be advised. |
| Make the Difference Crew will be on hand to assist with any queries and will show you to the Project Presentation rooms. | |
| Once you have finished your presentations, you are free to enjoy the rest of your time at leisure. | |
| Noon-1 pm | Lunch of sandwiches, crisps & fruit will be served in the Make the Difference Lounge. All finalists and guests are welcome but attendance is NOT mandatory. |
| From 1-5 pm | Afternoon Presentations begin The exact presentation time slots will be confirmed to you once we have received all acceptance & travel times, etc. |
| Once you have finished your presentations, you are free to enjoy the rest of your time at leisure. | |
| 6.45 pm | Awards Ceremony & Evening Celebration – Colorado Ballroom. Please meet for Pre-Dinner Drinks in the Colorado Foyer. |
| 7.15 pm | Dinner served. Winners will be announced this evening. |
